Bonus F. Steenkamp is a South African business coach, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 26 years of experience across international procurement, retail operations, business turnarounds, venture capitalism, and executive board facilitation.

He is the founder and CEO of Man In Your Corner (MIYC), a coaching and consulting organisation specialising in change management, organisational development, high-performance strategies, and career and business development coaching. Bonus is also the founder of Procursos.org, a collective of senior business coaches dedicated to advancing leadership capacity, innovation, and sustainable development through high-impact coaching and mentoring.

He holds both an MBA and an MPhil in Leadership Coaching from Stellenbosch University, and is currently enrolled in a PhD programme at Stellenbosch University Business School. His doctoral research focuses on how coaching interventions influence self-efficacy, particularly in leadership and organisational contexts, with the aim of developing evidence-based methods that foster confidence, resilience, and performance in individuals and teams.
